We don't usually complain about service, however tonight's service was awful. We had a party of seven and usually tip 25-30% of our bill. We did not tonight (she missed out on a $40 tip). We went without drinks for long periods of time, our waitress only checked on us after other people delivered our drink refills or food for her, and she had a general dismissive attitude towards us, while checking on the table next to us frequently.

HORRIBLE!! I need to dine gluten free and waiter admitted having NO clue what I was talking about. (I was given a GF menu at the door) He chased down the manager who assured me that my meal would be made safely. Over 1.5 hours later....the waiter came to our table (no visits in between) only to tell us that my meal had in fact NOT been made safely and it was being remade quickly. Seriously the worst dining experience I have ever had. The hostess stood at the counter texting pretty much the whole time we were waiting. (empty tables everywhere but still a 15 minute wait?) We finally get a table and the table was so sticky that my napkin stuck to it. I asked the waitress to wipe it off and her towel stuck to it so she moved us to another table. It was still sticky but not quite as bad. Then we sat and waited for 10 minutes for our order to be taken.... We finally just decided to go to Texas Roadhouse.
