The employees were very unprofessional. We could hear arguing and playing from the kitchen. It took an extended amount of time for us to receive anything. Drinks included. I ordered a chicken strip meal that the menu stated came with french fries, but the waiter told me it came with two... when i received my ticket i was charged for an additional side that the waiter told me came with the meal. The girl at the front acted like I was bothering her by being there. I waited 15 min for a seat and the place was deserted. The food was so over spiced I couldn't eat most of it. My waiter took my drink for a refill and never returned. I finally asked for a manager who said they were refilling the coke machine. ....I said. ..how about some water ?.....my Sprite came back 10 min later.....will not set foot back in this place.
My family did not complain nor did I service was prompt and the food was hooottt lol will be going back real soon

Never had a bad experience at this location ...a little wait on the food but everytime I go ita busy...but attitudes from servers are great

I'm very disappointed in the service today. The pure rejection by our waitress. I've stewed on this all day and can't seem to get past that humans treat ppl the way she treated my husband and I today. As well with no remorse or wrong doing in her eyes. If I had been her manager I would have escorted her off the property myself and informed her until she changed her views and ways not to come back. Service was almost non existent. We saw waiter when order was taken, food was brought and when check was brought. Waiter stood and waited for us to pay check immediately, and stood over us as we filled out tip amount, which was $0. Food was tolerable, not worth the cost. I strongly suggest Lone Star instead of Logans.

Waited an hour for food...all was brought to table except for a grilled chicken salad. Asked for manager ...30 minutes later still no salad...I used my cell phone to call to SPEAK with manager. The hostess answering phone put me on hold and stood there making no attempts to get manager until I walked up with phone to ear and let her know I was the person holding on the telephone.
