Server was terrible..couldnt get the order right waited 1hr for the food

The service was pretty lousy to say the least! The food was basic with no zest! More so, the server was unpleasant, forgetful, and appeared unhappy with and unwilling to do the job with any merit of professionalism! We had our granddaughters 19th birthday dinner there and though their was a hint of enthusiasm in the singing, I personally will never go back to this establishment!!!
Service was pretty good. Food was just ok. Wasn't too impressed especially after getting a $40 bill

Just got into your town today, will be here two weeks for business trip, went to late lunch at your place, very few customers, the service was atrocious, slow slow slowwwwwww, even to get an ice tea let alone the meal. Food was cold but plentiful.Really disappointed that this will not be my "go to": place while here.

Server (Christopher)was awesome, food well,chicken was raw and wanted to replace it this will be the 3rd Time and I called 3 time and finally was told that only can replace the food, no refund at all!! This is why Logan's is tanking, more of keeping money and not caring of paying customers! I have photos of the chicken if anyone cares to see it since no photos can be uploaded
I liked how they cooked my fillet mignon and we enjoyed our food . And the service is good . This is our first time to be in your restaurant and it was a different experience for us . We were just passing through Jackson when the girl from our hotel recommended your place
