We really enjoyed the atmosphere and the service was great although i had to send my burger back to be recooked it was too done.

I waited for over 30 mins for some one to take my order then the server brought bread out with no plates he didn't check on me to see if I needed anything. Also heard other employees arguing and being unprofessional. I work in the hospitality industry and that was a travesty. It will be a long time before I Go back.

The service was horrible, took forever to seat 2 people and a baby with several empty tables around us. And the waiter brought drinks and took our order but never seen him again. It was a bad expirence. Don't recommend going there at all!

This place was horrible, it took a hour and half to get food, the employees were playing on their phones, talking to other employees and not doing their job. The place was dirty����

Our waiter was very nice and checked on us often! The food was good! enjoyed it!

I think they were short-handed, but the one in Flowood is much better. In Ridgeland, my food was cold, it took forever to get waited on, and they were not that busy! Didn't get my salad right, drink order was wrong, etc. Could not get utensils. My boyfriend had to get a bucket of peanuts off the table behind us. The rolls were cold, dry, & too brown. I hope a manager sees this and improvement is made @ the Ridgeland location!!!

Food was good beside my potatoes was cold. Waitress didn't keep rolls on our table we had to constantly find him to ask for some. He barely checked on us. We basically was there with no waitress. Poor customer service

Horrible service. Horrible food. The manager was just as rude as the employee. Only 1 employee was on task. Manager was cutting up and goofing off with the employees. We sat out table for 2 hours it took an hour to get food 2 other people it took the full 2 hours.
