HOW IS THIS PLACE EVEN OPEN. .NO SERVICE. .THE OWNER NEEDS TO COME FIRE EVERYONE AND START OVER
Waited 20 minutes and we never got a waitress or waiter. I never got a drink or rolls. I eventually left after being ignored. Only good happened were the peanuts on the table. Smh. Fire the Staff!
The worst customer service in town. At least 20 empty tables, and no employees
Service at this location is terrible. We waited over an hour and then were told that we couldn't be seated because the night shift didn't show up to work & there was no one to wait on us.
Horrible slow service!! Ordered food and waited 20 minutes and brought adults food and informed us the ribs my 12 & 8 year old ordered were unavailable....after 20 minutes and bringing everyone else's food!! Worst Logan's roadhouse we have ever eaten at....drinks were empty more often than full.
Food was not cooked right and all you heard was drunks at the bar cursing I will never go here again
8 ounce steak, steamed vegetables and huge salad with sweat tea...wonderful
This place is horrible I came at "9:30 P.M." and I'm just now leaving at "12:20 A.M." not to mention they lost our order and we had to reorder our food which took another 45mins , 20 mins to get the drinks after taking the order over ,food came out cold , bathroom had no tissue or paper tiles, and so much more just know I won't be going back cause tonight was just ridiculous.
This shit was horrible. Terrible service and food was way over cook. They brought my son's burger out with no burger. Ribs was burnt. The waitress did not know her head from her ass. Please believe the reviews people, go somewhere else.
