The service wasn't what I'm accustomed to at Logan's Roadhouse, but the food was good once they cooked the steaks the way we ordered them. Needs sum improvement, but otherwise ok.
The waitress was OK. We didn't particularly like where we were sitting. We were sitting on the backside of the bar area and it wasn't very neat and clean it was also noisy with the staff requesting their cocktails ☹️☹️.

The food was good, the waiter was good he was nice and polite. The hostess not good we only had 7 in our group and we were told they could only take a group of 6 or less with a half empty restaurant, it took five more workers to come and help her seat the 7 of us at a table for nine, we even pointed out that she could sit 3 at one table and 4 at the other table but, that still did not work.

Why should I order from them when I have been waiting for 30 minutes to speak to a manager, not tonight!!

The ribeye we had was full of fat they could have had a better quality steak

I love Logans but I've been sitting here with my kids for nearly 40 min. No tea refill no nothing. No food yet. The waitress is RUDE!!! I will not be leaving a tip. And trust me, I usually tip way above the average. �
