Manager was great but he had no workers and food was cold but that's life sometimes

The server was so great. Super sweet and tried her best. The food was awful. Fried pickles sent back. Grease was obviously very old. Chopped steak way over cooked, burnt. Gravy clumped on top. Ribeye over cooked. Restaurant cleanliness was extremely poor. Dirty tables and floors through out. Will will never go back there. No wonder casual dining is dying.

On all of the 19th I went to Logan's Roadhouse restaurant for my birthday celebration and we had a great time the server was excellent the manager did a great job we enjoyed our meal and it would be rated as a five-star restaurant.

Macaroni served cold. I also had salmon and rice pilaf. Salmon was perfect but you could count the rice on my plate. Assuming I got what was left at the moment. Not the service I expected. Wish I could take my tip back.

I was not really happy with my drink.. Suppose to be a martini but nothing but vermouth. Salad had to be asked for and appetizers brought out with no plates to eat them on. Steak was good and the fried fish. Waitress was new but very nice and tried to make our time there pleasant.

The food was good it was served hot but we had to wait a long time to get our food I think maybe they need more Cooks and servers But the waitresses did a wonderful job
