Good service
Won’t be going back!!! When your service suck you’re food should be great. My husband and I went for date night and we had to wait 20 minutes to be seated and they had a lot of empty tables. Our steaks wasn’t seasoned and over cooked

So I came to Logan’s my cousin and I it started out bad but the manager Carson was very polite. He thoroughly listened to us and took care of our issues.

The server and the food was great but the hostess Smh..
Garbage 🙄🙄. We had a family of 8. None of our food arrived at the same time. So basically our family didn't eat together. And when we finally received it, it was cold. Poor customer service and I just told them I didn't want my entree. The meals were coming out one by one. Instead of together. This use to be an excellent location. Food, drinks, and customer service I see aren't a concern anymore!!!!
Service was a little slow but food was very, very good.

Terrible service. I called in an order, my order wasn’t right and the manager said I still had to pay extra for what I ordered over the phone even though they got my order wrong. I had the wait 20 minutes for my order as well. What happened to customer service??? I will not go to this Logan’s again or recommend it to anyone. Every time I order to go, it’s ALWAYS wrong.

Went there for my birthday n meet my cousin from out of town there but the issue was the waitress she had an attitude when first came to the table i asked for a glass of water she js can w a cup of water w no ice or straw then i ask her to take it back and put some ice in it but the point she was a rude person and we dint have a good service really don't feel like type a paragraph.

The food was good and a lots of it. Waitresses were taking ordersin a timely manner.
