My wife and I were just in there and she ask for a drink menu and a cockroach fell out of the menu. This is so disgusting and it starts with MANAGEMENT!!!

Steaks were over cooked mash potato’s was cold
48 minutes from parking to food arrival. Silverware was not clean. Between 4 utensil settings, it took another 4 settings to find a fork and knife clean enough for all 4 persons to use. Au jus did not arrive with the the Pile High French Dip and when it did, it wasn't at all flavorful and barely had any color. Restrooms were not at all clean. food not cooked properly it takes for ever to get seated
Our family had lunch there today. It started out pretty good then waited for our food for over an hour (wasn’t even that busy maybe 15 to tables at least) just for it to come out so cold we couldn’t even eat it. We didn’t want to send it back just for it to be “heated up”. My husbands steak came out rare instead of medium, fries were cold, and grilled chicken was cold and tough along with my mashed potatoes felt like they had just come out of a freezer.
