last 2 times we have tried here it's been worse and worse. they were out of 3 different things we asked for (rootbeer, rolls, and sweet potato), server seemed to not like her job and we hardly saw her. Asked table cleaner politely to see if she could find her and she rolled her eyes. others were complaining about service as well and it was NOT busy at all. steak was cooked right but had no seasoning taste. others have said this place has gone downhill and they were correct.
I had the roast beef sandwich...about half the size of the picture on the menu, fries not cooked enough for me, but wife and daughter enjoyed their steaks.
july 9 hiring event was unprofessional & a complete waste of time over 30 ppl in lobby waiting to be interviewed & 25 walked out managers need more training on ppl relations I was highly disappointed dont contact ppl if you are not hiring ok
Long wait. Food sat for a while before given. Long wait to even get a drink refill. Just disappointed. Item came not like it was stated on menu. But the tea was good. Waitress was pleasant.
Very casual, sat at the bar for a drink and a sandwich. Talked with a friendly gentleman next to me while I relaxed after a very stressful day.
The hostess shouldn’t have been a hostess. Sad excuse for a hostess. She never spoke to us or acknowledged us except to expect us to read her sad little mind to follow her to a table Food was not good. Salads were served in-hot( from the dishwasher) bowl which made the salad warm. Steak was rare we were told it would be medium. Rolls were the best though. But even then we waited 15 minutes on rolls.
Great drinks ( Try The Groupie ) Limit 2 Only!!!! The food was decent they had a different cook so some of the things weren't to my liking. Although the manager tried making it right.
