I really liked it because it was really great.
We had excellent service, but the food just wasn’t good. I had grilled chicken, and it was very dry and bland. Even the rolls weren’t good. The food has been this way the last two times I have eaten there. It was dead last night , and hardly anyone was there . I think people are not satisfied with this Logan’s anymore. It use to me my favorite restaurant. I would prefer Texas Roadhouse any day over Logan’s now.

It was horrible. It took atless 15 minutes to even get our drink order. The food wasn't as great either. Our waitress had Horrible Manors our hostess had to get the waitress to do there job and our hoste is the only reason we got our drinks and I'm pretty sure she was the only reason we finally got waited on 2 waitresses walked passed us knowing we been waiting for service and never stopped to ask if we been waited on. It took entirely too long to get our food. I ordered a prime rib and it was overcooked, dry, and tough. It was the worst prime rib I have ever eaten!

Our waitress did not do her job. She was so busy with a group of men at the bar that she forgot our rolls. Same with our main course. Our meal was cold. Fortunately, another waitress noticed our dilemma & came to the rescue. She notified the manager & our meal was half price. She received our tip.
last 2 times we have tried here it's been worse and worse. they were out of 3 different things we asked for (rootbeer, rolls, and sweet potato), server seemed to not like her job and we hardly saw her. Asked table cleaner politely to see if she could find her and she rolled her eyes. others were complaining about service as well and it was NOT busy at all. steak was cooked right but had no seasoning taste. others have said this place has gone downhill and they were correct.
