Dirty. Hostess was lazy. No cutlery for quite awhile. Burger was burnt. Waiter was good. Really needs a makeover!
We had horrible service, I was served a salad and had to ask for silverware. My daughter had to go find a plastic fork to eat with because the silverware never was brought to us. We waited a good hour for our food, never received our appetizer, my steak was over cooked, the sides were dried out. We were not offered a refill on our drinks. We had Very bad service today. We waited forever for our food and when it finally came, my chicken was dry, hard, and tasteless. Some of my food wasn’t even brought and had to ask for it. Waited another 30 minutes for that. We had to ask for our refills as we were never offered any. This was a huge waste of our time and money. I will NOT be going back there. We travel to Logan’s to have a nice evening me and my wife to eat got there a lot of tables empty we asked there two of us they said it will be 30 to 40 minutes wait i don’t see that Got to have what ever it takes to get the customer there they act like they could care less if we stay or not so we left in eat some where else they didn’t tell us that maybe you should go in ask them what to do on getting people sitting down instead of waiting so long we really want to go eat there but it didn’t work out
WORST SERVICE EVER!!! Had to wait 30 minutes before we even got a drink then another hour before we got our appetizer. Waited total 2 hours for our food and the only thing they wanted to do was take off our drinks 😡😡!! Will never be back to this roadhouse!!!!! Once we finally got our food it was terrible. And the only reason we got refills is bc we asked for a pitcher so we could fill our own. Definitely DO NOT recommend!!!

Normally, I’ve enjoyed my experiences at Logan’s. That’s why I chose it to eat at for my birthday. We pull up and it isn’t that crowded. We go in and are told it might be a 30 minute wait. We didn’t wait that long until we were seated. Then no one ever came. They stuck us in the corner and never checked on us. We asked for someone to send a waitress and still no one came. Absolutely the WORST SERVICE EVER! The waitress sucked rotten eggs! No personality, didn’t take care of us at all! Didn’t get our appetizer so cancelled that! Had to beg to get our food, was fixing to leave when the food showed up!! I’ll be making a phone call to them!!! And the waitresses name was Katrice! I’m so sick of saying thank you more than the ones that are waiting on me!! These restaurants have gotten just pitiful. Pays to eat at home!!
we sit for 30 minutes to get a sit and half of the table and chairs did not have any one at them and they didn't nno if we could get the special or not and we told them where we had been I would not tell anyone to go and eat there it was not a good place
