It was kinda busy but our waitress still took care of us and our cheese burgers were still good.
I love Logan's but when you wait for over an hour for food.. I think that is ridiculous. If you didn't have enough cooking staff then maybe you shouldn't be seating people.. you are hurt your waiting staff... You don't seat people if you didn't have enough people on the floor... well if you don't have enough people in the back kitchen then maybe you shouldn't be seating people down either

We left this location about an hour ago. After a 15 minute wait to be seated in the bar area, the server came and took our drink order. After she finally brought our drinks we never saw her again. I went to the bar and attempted to pay for a sweet tea and order of rolls. The lady behind the bar did offer to take our order but by this time we were just ready to leave. At least she wouldn't accept payment for my tea and the rolls. Nice, but sorry service. No wonder this company is in Chapter 11.

It was great. Food was good and our waiter was very attentive to our needs.

It was horrible! I've been at this location multiple times but never received the terrible service my family experienced last night. Server was rude, service was super slow, my daughters food arrived hard and dry. She sent it back and replacement was burned so she sent it back and ate nothing. Then, you charged me for her meal.
