Dissatisfied with the servers ability to get the bill correct �
I am at the Rivergate Logans as I type this, myself and the other couple are finished eating and my wife is still waiting on her food because her food was cold and was told manager was too busy to address the problem, i said i wasnt coming back but did because we were invited, and as i guessed it was horrible service and food.. this location needs help Badly
Took my dad here for his birthday this past Wednesday and I was so grateful for the host and waitress showing such kindness on his special day. Waitress was on top of getting our order, drinks refilled, asking if we needed anything else. Food was good! I had porkchops, Caesar salad and baked potato. Mom and dad split a rack of ribs and he had a side baked sweet potato and mom had a salad. Rolls were always hot! Go here often and will return. Thank you! We had a party of 25 on Mother's Day. We were seated quickly, and our waitress was wonderful! Naja was prompt and attentive. The food was great too! Thanks.
gross! the food was disgusting and the server needs mental help seriously. The waitress brought our brinks out with no try and up against her my grand daughter had hair on her drink. when I said something she rolled her eyes and walked off. horrible We won't be back. I hate this place its disgusting and unprofessional 👎👎
