Very disappointing service. The team does not work together as a team. Will definitely not be coming back.
RecommendedBest fall off the bone ribs in all ‘rib restaurants’. Don’t know what they do different, but their ribs are worth any drive. Why did you close our Murfreesboro TN restaurant. Bridge construction is complete now and you had the prime spot. Someone in corporate missed that fact. Sometimes it’s not just sales to consider, which I’m sure dropped off during the bridge construction time. I keep trying local rib restaurants locally, but none compare.
Would like to that we’ve had a great experience with the staff of the Logan’s in Mt Juliet. My steak came out rarer than I would’ve liked it too. I asked them if they could cook it a tad longer and I think maybe we got mixed up but we ended up getting our check before I got my plate back. They ended up offering to take the steak off our ticket along with the appetizer we got. Then made me a whole new plate to take with me. Had a great surprise birthday dinner and our waitress did a fabulous job for a large party of 28. Kudos to her. I wish I had gotten her name, she was patient and timely getting drinks, orders and serving. Thank you for a great job. Sharon Erdman
