Bathrooms are dirty and no toilet paper . Can't really cook steak here

IT WAS A SECOND TIME FOR US & THE MANAGER WAS SUPPOSE TO BE TOLD TO TAKE CARE OF US BUT WAS IGNORED FOR 10 MINUTES. I HAD TO FLAG HER DOWN TO TELL HER WHO WE WERE. THE LITTLE WAITER DID NOT RELAY THE MESSAGE WHEN I ASK FOR THE MANAGER. MY STEAK WAS ALRIGHT & THE WAITER WE HAD DID NOT KNOW WHAT WAS THE ISSUE ON US. HE KEPT APOLOGIZING BUT IT WAS NOT HIS FAULT FROM BEFORE. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK THERE UNTIL THEY HAVE MORE TRAINING ON RELAYING MESSAGES & ATTITUDES.

Logan's is one of my favorite steakhouses. About a year ago, I visited one that turned me against all of them. We were headed to a different restaurant the other night and made a last second decision to visit here instead. The waitress was amazing, we were seated quickly. Our food was great. I can understand change, but every time I find something I like on the menu they change the menu. The teriyaki club was my favorite. I had the steak skewers and they were good.

This time they redeemed themselves with great service. They got my wife's order right the first time unlike the last time. The server was freaking awesome great guy

Horrible service. 45 minutes for salad and appetizers we were there almost 2 hours and the only time the server made an appearance is when there was an issue. I tipped 20% bc I know that's what she has to live off of. But she TOTALLY didn't deserve it.
