Server walked by several times and never acknowledged us. Finally asked the hostess to ask someone to serve us. Very slow. My steak was way overcooked and I had to send it back and wait all over again. Then no apologies or offer to make the service right. Save your time and go somewhere else, where they might actually care about their customers!

Went to this location Saturday evening around 6:20-6:30 pm. We were sat within 10 minutes. We sat at our table and no one ever came to wait on us. Numerous waiters walked by. Every table around us was being waited on. We sat there for 20 minutes before getting up to leave. It wasn’t even that busy. Told the host what happened and didn’t even acknowledge the situation. Will not be returning and will be telling all of my family and friends about the horrible experience.

Worst service we have gotten there. Not busy still took forever to get rolls.Took 40 minutes to get our food I got the wrong order sent out. Was gonna push through, just the wrong size steak. I cut into it and it was stone cold. Manager said I will get another one sent right out. Fine....25 minutes later....when everyone else is finished, here comes my meal. Waited 45 minutes for food. It finally came and only the chicken came out...the sides were not ready so they had to put those back in. Haven’t been here in awhile and won’t be back.

I had been stuck in Hospitals (4) for 5 days straight on a liquid diet dreaming about having a good steak..... Got out and headed straight to the Mount Juliet Logan's Roadhouse ~ ordered their Onion Brewski Sirloin, grilled mushroom skewer, grilled vegetable skewer with a blackberry tea.... (was needing some flavors back in my life).. The steak was cooked to melt in your mouth perfection and everything else with it was just as good. Thank you !!
