Went there Easter Sunday,yesterday.They were not very busy. The waitress took our order. We waited 40 minutes and when the order came it was wrong waited another 20 minutes, by then we had pretty much lost our appetites . Wont be going back there.
Waited 25 minutes to get in, tables everywhere dirty. Then got our appetizer before before our drinks. Buss boy sitting at the dirty tables smelling all the food as he takes it off the table??? Go figure. Our waitress doesn't have a clue. This place is in serious need of some new management.
Bad service and terrible customer appreciation. Had to get our own silverware and then they bring 4 rolls for a group of 5. To top it off, they now want to penalize the customer and charge them an additional $.99 to substitute a different side for their salads. A manager told me that they are trying to persuade people to start eating the salads. Thanks, but I prefer to decide what I eat. In the future, I'll be deciding to eat somewhere else.
Mangers here are rude, condescending, have no real care for their employees or customers. Need to put them thru some good people skills training. Customers have to wait to be seated even though there is plenty of tables open. Managers under staff restaurant and the customers have to wait for another customer to leave before you get to eat. Then you have to wait 30-45 mins to get your food. Logan's Roadhouse has very poor management!!!!
Maria B was a great server but alot of the food was cold and 1 person out of our 8 never got their food but the restaurant made it right with the check!!
Called ahead and was told 35-45 minutes. Got here 30 minutes later and was told 30 (more) minutes. Then stared at an empty table through the window for an hour only to finally be seated at that very same table that had been empty for the entire time we'd been standing out in the cold waiting. Service was mediocre at best and the food wasn't up to their normal quality. I'll never suggest or recommend this place again. Ps. I only gave 1 star because it wouldn't let me leave it at 0.
There was really raw chicken in my salad (I wish I could upload the pic), and the manager could not have cared less. He just said, "So, what do you want me to bring you?"...
