The only thing I ordered the shrimp trio but only got popcorn shrimp and shrimp on a stick, where's the third??? Oh and when we first walked in we didn't get a hello or greeting from the hostess. Other than that it was good. Server was GREAT! Rolls nice and fresh. Ribs were falling off the bone!!!
I was seriously disrespected ,harassed, singled out and publicly embarrassed by the manger tonight at this Location...Wow i will never be coming back! Corporate will be getting a call. I gave one star only because no star is not an option.
Absolute worst service I've ever had from a restaurant. Never coming back.
Food was Awesome and the waitress was very kind and checked on us many times. Coffee was fresh and good!
I didn't see the reviews for this place until I checked us in on FB. I guess I understand now why the manager brought our dinners out and asked us to check our steaks. It was great. They must have really made some changes after their reviews were so bad. My only complaint is the mgr grabbed my Caesar salad after I only had a couple of bites (I was conversing with my boyfriend and relaxing with a drink, so I hadn't had much). Anyway, tonight it was deserving of four stars.
If you want to carry on a conversation with others at your table don't go here. Music was very loud-we even had trouble hearing our waitress. We were told there was no way for anyone to turn it down. Really?
The worst food I've ever had. They were out of prime rib on Saturday night zucchini fries were under fried and nothing but grease, ribeye was under weight and cold. And then to top it off all of a sudden the had prime rib or so I thought. It was a ribeye they passed as a prime rib. Well I could definitely show them a thing or to on how to cook steak it was a insult and I will never go there again the only good thing about that visit is it was free cause I wasn't about to pay for it. Brought my mash potatoes out ice cold. Brought back microwaved potatoes that were cold in the center and molten lava on the outside. Took forever to get food in a restaurant that was sparsely populated. Never going back.
