service was really bad and the food quality was poor and if I can make it less than one star I would but you can't I would not go back again my opinion
Cold food, horrible service and cooks not wearing gloves! Won't be coming back here, now I know why there was only a 5 minute wait on a Saturday night!
Food and service have really gone down over the past couple of years. Lately the ribeye and strip steaks are bad, as if they're not cut properly Too bad, used be a good place for steak and cocktails.
The high schoolers at the door need a little more supervision. Everything was at least a 15 min wait. Drinks, ordering food. Food took about 45 minutes to bring out. I've eaten at logans all over the country and this is my favorite restaurant but its too many kids working here thats giving this place a bad environment. Guess ill have to find another place to eat in independence, mo
The best steakhouse. The rolls are the best. Atmosphere is family friendly and even get to enjoy the waiters/waitresses dance. Love the salted peanuts
This was one of the best experiences at a restaurant we've had. The staff was very attentive to all our needs and everyone had positive/professional attitudes.
Sarah is the BEST waitress I have ever had. She goes above and beyond to make your visit enjoyable
