My husband was served a Salad with a razor blade and the manager never said sorry just came to the table and took his salad the waitress brought him and. We one and not another word was spoken. My husband is not one to make a scene but we left. It has been over a year but I found Longhorn and they have taken care of my steak needs.
Drink was wonderful. Steak was really good. Cooked right (med rare). But all the enjoyment stopped there. Potato was cold, salad was drenched in dressing. Service was supper slow for 7 with a very light crowd. Manager did apologize for the wait and gave a discount to ticket. But seriously. And bathrooms were way beyond needing a cleaning.
The food and service was awesome. The only problem is getting the food right. Other than that fantastic.
This was one of the worst experiences I've had. Instead of enjoying his birthday, our cousin spent his time apologizing to everyone. We arrived with our party at 6:30. At 8:52 we FINALLY got our cards back so we could leave. Our servers were all very nice, but they were brand new and given a huge party. They had no idea which food belonged to which person, orders were wrong or missing, and the food was not worth the wait or the cost. Crappy menu,got stuck in one of those mini booths where your food keeps falling off the table.looking for something normal and not fried,nothing.rolls were dry and left overs.music so lod you can't hear anything your husband is saying. Pricey.never again.
Great customer service , great prices , great food
We ate at Logan's tonight - food was good, service and staff were great- only complaint was the music - it was so loud you couldn't talk to anyone, even the waitress. We asked that it be turned down a little and were told the manager was not allowed to turn it down - we saw several people walk out because of it.
