Do NOT get a service contract from this company. I have been with this company for a long time and the quality of service has dropped off a cliff. In short: - If you have an issue, they disable the faulty component and then never come out to fix it - When you call to chase an engineer to come to site, their ‘computer is down’. Happened twice - I chased for 10 months to get an issue fixed. They sent an engineer, who didn’t have the right part in his van - The engineer said the management wouldn’t pay for spares to be stocked ... read more
Wouldn't know what they are like. Didn't turn up. No call no message. 2 stars only because at least they apologised when I called them 45 mins after they were due to arrive. Not a good first impression. Will try another firm
