Avoid at all cost. Loftmasters fitted a brand new roof around 5 years ago. We spent around 15k. We have noticed 2 leaks this year, when asked to return they have blamed the elements in the weather which is complete nonsense. We are in the process of seeking legal advice and have contacted trading standards. We also found out at al later date that they sold the exiting slate tiles without notifying us.
