Absolutely the worst company I've ever dealt with! - shockingly bad service delivering our goods to some unknown address the idiot driver couldn't be bothered to check! So we're £25.00 out of pocket for zero goods and then when I tried to telephone and email their customer services they were non existent too. Do not touch with a barge pole, not worth the loss of money and stress. As you you can see from the photo just dumped on some random persons doorstep, probably in another village! I have bought a foldup z bed which I received with faults and beds returned you can't get through to their phone number it just drops ,also no reply from customer services , I still have this sitting in a box and no idea or help on how to return it ,if anyone from loftses this can you please answer my emails and get this thing out of my house and refunded
