Red Lodge Lettings is second to none. They’ve helped me and my family find a rental, and I can honestly say they went above and beyond in every way. Being an independent owned business, they truly care about the people they work with, and it shows. They made the whole process smooth, supportive, and stress-free. I can’t say enough good things about them — they are absolutely out of this world.
Warning to future tenants — especially military service members: Many of us in the military who arrive in England are, understandably, far from home. We’re searching for a place where our families can feel safe, where we can enjoy a stable and secure environment while we handle the demands of our careers. Lodge Lettings is not that place. As a military spouse, I expected a safe and respectful home for my family, but our experience with Lodge Lettings was very disappointing. They showed little care or support, making what should be a stable place feel stressful and uncomfortable. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone, especially military families.
