Staff was very unfriendly and smelled smoky and hair in tub. Not happy
Me and my wife spent honeymoon there the place was awesome and plan on going back again soon
Not enough staff in evening. 2nd floor. No ice machine working. Pop machine empty for 3 days while there. Didn't refill coffee pks or clean coffee pot. Didn't sweep. Sad. Could be nice place.
Staff was friendly and recommended some places to eat and see. Brought my son to Branson for his birthday. Overall good experience and liked it wasnt close to the traffic
The room was clean. Sheets don't fit bed, broken ice and soda machine, so you will have to go to another building for that if you get the second building. Short staffed and what they had wasn't welcoming. Breakfast was adequate. Hate to complain, really, but it's a nice motel that needs new staffing or training classes.
We needed a less expensive place to stay...fearing the worst having never stayed here before...i have to say it's actually a pretty awesome place. All the staff except one guy who didn't say anything to maintenance about my broken AC unit to the rest of his staff was the only issue...the AC issue was fixed promptly after 530pm that same day.
