We had the best stay ever at this hotel!!! Polite service and very clean rooms, wonderful breakfast, and the best coffee I have ever drank! Excited to stay here for our next trip to branson!!! Thankyou to the staff that made our experience so comfortable!!
Booked a room through expedia for my family, who live 2 hours away, let front desk know it would be late check-in like 2 am, when my family goes to check in the front desk said they couldn't check in because they have a local address, how is 2 hour drive local??? Is been 4 days I've tried to get a refund because they wouldn't let us use the room so why do they get paid?? We stayed there 4 nights, prepaid for our rooms, nasty dirty towels still on the floor in the bathroom, coffee pot was dirty, we had to ask daily for clean towels, not once did we have maid service touch our room, our phone did not work at all, we complained and nothing was done. No breakfast at all but cold cereal. We will not stay here again.
It's one of worse motels ever stayed at pee stained towels no maid service at all no breakfast on wait cold cereal old tv's dinosaur tv's even 2nd day ask for maid and alls she did was brought some towels no cleaning rooms at all and we got 2 days left here tell ya what would never stay here again it's one of lowest motels ever
We stayed here over New years the rooms were clean. They serve a full breakfast which was very good. Everyone was very nice and helpful. A lot of the attractions were closed for the season.
My family have stayed twice at this awesome facility. We were there in September on the craft weekend and for part of Veterans Day week. Both stays were 5 star. We will be back in December for our family Christmas. They love serving veterans and their families. Off the strip so it is quite but easy to Silver Dollar City and other stuff.
