So clean, comfortable, cozy, great location in Branson. Love it!
It was OK. Close to Branson Craft Mall, not far from strip, easy to get anywhere in Branson. Room was clean and easy to get to with elevator. Bathroom small, local ice machine not working but another nearby, and, as in most motel rooms, not enough plugins. Beds comfortable and hot breakfast was great. Our second stay here.
Clean but the mattress it was uncomfortable 😣
Was very pleased with my hotel room. And the bed was great. I just hate staying at a hotel that have uncomfortable beds not so at Lodge At The Falls. I slept great after all that walking I did in Branson. No complaints from me about Lodge At The Falls.
Mandi the " manager"/ "owner"/ "customer service manager" is incredibly rude and unprofessional. She had an attitude with my family because we asked for clean sheets on our bed, that should of been changed in the first place and didn't even offer to fix the issue. She then proceeded to threaten us by calling the cops on us to get us to leave and insinuated that we left a child all by themselves in the room. STAYED HERE THIS WEEKEND AND WONT BE BACK. ELECTRIC WAS FLASHING, PHONE DIDNT WORK, HALF THE PLATES FOR ELECTRIC OUTLETS DIDNT HAVE COVERS, FRONT DESK PEOPLE WERE NOT FRIENDLY OR HELPFUL WHEN WE TOLD THEM ABOUT THE ISSUES. THEY SAID IT WASNT A BIG DEAL. I MEAN REALLY THE ELECTRIC IS A BIG DEAL. THE LIGHTS KEPT GOING OFF AND ON. FLASHING. LIKE THERE WAS A SHORT.
