I will never come back here. The rooms smelled awful, and there were cockroaches! Very bad experience
Beds were horrible. We woke up so stiff could hardly move and the breakfast was stale
Room was ok
Run down room-broken lamp shades/peeling wall paper/unpatched hole in ceiling of bathroom, no 24/7 front desk, ran out of toilet paper, no one to call to ask for more (which is a really crappy deal), for 39.00 a night it was a place to stay. I wouldn't pay more!
The first night the neighbors played guitar and sang outside the door from 1 am to 330. We called and asked for another room and was denied. Don’t get me wrong the staff is super nice but at least move us so we could get some rest. The refrigerator didn’t work and the carpet is old. There were pee stains on the bed. At least the water was hot. The breakfast was ok but I won’t eat it again. Your taking a risk. Good luck
Found a brown recluse spider in the bathroom the first morning. The TV didn't work right, the rooms were dirty and the staff was rude. When I told the manager about the spider her only response was "why didn't you go somewhere else?". The place was disgusting, the staff was disgusting and you would be a fool to stay here if you come to Branson.
Don't know, didn't stay there. Just a reference point.
Great place for the price. Staff is quite pleasant. We had an issue with a dead battery and the lady handling breakfast graciously offered to give us a jump. Room was fine and bed was comfortable. We will be back.
