The stay was good. But I really loved the way they handled our problem. My gr.daughter left her pillow after we checked out which belonged to her deceased gr.father. She has slept with this pillow every night since my father's passing. Thank you for returning the pillow to her!
This was really a terrible room. The carpet was to sticky you couldn't walk without losing a shoe. None of the outlets worked so we couldn't even plug in our cell phones to charge. The toilet seat was cracked when we checked in. We reported it the next morning and were without a toilet since they took the seat to buy a replacement. We finally got it replaced about 7 o'clock that night but had been forced to use other sources all day. The flies were terrible and we had no way to kill them. The stay was pleasent, free hot breakfast, staff friendly, the only problem I had was when we got here the coffee pot in the room didn't work! But got a replacement as soon as I told them!!!
Very good place to stay would stay there again if back in BRANSON MO.
Clean room, needed a few things from careless pet owners repaired. Great breakfast! Seemed a little understaffed, but, all in all a decent experience. Nice neighborhood to walk your dog. Saw several deer on our walks.
It was ok it was a place to lay the head down so we could keep moving. Don’t think I’ll be back but room was clean and bathroom too. Breakfast was not worth getting up for.
Pleased with the value, room was clean and serviceable. Not the newest hotel, but still fine. Good staff and nice breakfast options including freshly made pancakes. Pool open 24 hours. No bugs.
