I’d avoid at all costs (and it will cost). I took my transit in for 3 problems/noises with the brakes, steering and a knocking in the engine. We discussed the problems, they have a price of £1500. They changed my wheel bearings at a cost of £600 and the problem turned out to a £10 brake clip missing. Found a broken rear suspension spring and replaced it with one that took a much smaller payload and signed the van off without noticing that the entire van was on the wonk. I’m very happy with this service, staff are polite and above and beyond with everything…I had my car serviced for the repairs at VIC SCULLY which is near to my place ..I’ve been back and forth to them for 2 months fixing a problem after problem on my car and of course spending money to pay but car has not been fix after few days , engine warning will come up again..then realised that seems not worth going back to them and just spending hundreds of pounds (near thousands) to pay at VIC SCULLY.. then my friend recommended LOCK... read more

Do not use this garage! I took my car to this garage with an engine fault. They charged me over £300 just for a diagnostic. Which was apparently a faulty fuel injection. And wanted another £300 to fix. Took to another garage and it was just a spark plug that needed replacing! They just want your money not professional at all!

AVOID -Poor customer service - Asked them to speak to me before carrying out any work, then they quoted and high price and I told them not to do the work. They then told me they had already done it and charged me. This happened twice with my van and car. - Fixed the steering for my van to pass the MOT and when I picked it up the steering was completely off. They didn't apologise and claimed their tracking machine is broken but didn't tell me any of this before. - Several times didn't lock my van/car and left they key in the ... read more

Had a full service and MOT from these guys a few months back. Have found that they missed a set of faulty brakes when looking over my car. They also didn’t fully top off my car with engine oil when they said they had. My current mechanic suggests this is a historic problem and that they should’ve seen this when they performed the service. Have had to have new pads and discs fitted since. Starting to wonder what else they didn’t spot now… Go elsewhere. Edit: there were multiple advisories they didn’t spot which I have had to ... read more
