Very disappointing experience today. I paid for a Type 4 wash, but they only vacuumed the interior and didn’t wash the carpets at all. When I asked about it, they questioned me instead of checking properly. After I confirmed it was a Type 4, they gave me an excuse saying that if they washed the carpets, they would smell and wouldn’t dry in time to go back in the car.
