Im so pleased with this lock. As I live in a ground floor flat I can have the door ajar and still feel secure. Recently I broke my key and Steve sent me a replacement immediately. Great product, great service.

Excellent service and a quality product. There was a little glitch in the order but this was resolved quickly and effectively and the product arrived on time. It is straightforward to install on a wooden frame, easy to operate and finally provides peace of mind to have a downstairs bedroom door ajar at night! Very happy to recommend.
Fabulous product. I bought two pet ones, one for each balcony door. I don’t have pets but I wanted the facility of a wider door opening. Living in an apartment on the fifth floor near the sea can be pretty windy! The doors had to be fully open or shut. With LockLatch I am now able to have some fresh air with the doors secured and not banging shut both during the day and night. I have recommended them to lots of people in my apartment block.
