Confused and concerned by complete refusal to show a property to us on 2 occasions when in position to be cash buyer. Told out of our budget (it was not) and needed too much work. Then when questioned why estate agent refusing to allow viewing when that is surely their job I was told I was insulting and told they would refuse to show me any properties. I would be concerned for anyone trying to sell their house through Lock & Key.
An estate agent that you can rely on to do what they say they will do. I must admit to being sceptical about their claims to find a buyer in the timescale they said....but they did ! What I found particularly pleasing was the updates and the " gentle pushing " of solicitors as the sale progressed. Nigel, the owner is passionate about his business - his enthusiasm and positivity shine through, and give Lock & Key the edge over "ordinary" estate agents
