I went there for bloods. At first it looks nice then soon changes. The front desk staff are rude and not helpful at all then got others not professionally..they give the health center a bad name. I dont like them at all. I certainly not be changing there
Long waiting. Staff more interested to chat each other then to make a job. No rush at all...
I phoned this morning for an appointment at 8am, by 8.03 am I was speaking to a reception and given an appointment, by 8.15 am I had received a call from a doctor and given in my opinion proper health care from professionals, both the receptionist and the doctor listened to me and although professional, both were sympathetic and understanding. Glad I moved to this surgery.
