I visit this home every two months. I go to many.. none feel as good as this home.. it really does feel like home... staff are loving and manager is well respected by staff and residents
My mother-in-law could not have been better cared for in this, as near a home environment as Care Homes are allowed to be, given the regulations that they have to follow. Very happy give this 5 stars
My Father lived at Locharwoods for 15 months. He was cared for superbly - always in a respectful manner. The care team are highly competent, patient, caring and committed to providing a 'home from home' service for the residents. The living environment is clean and airy, food is plentiful and home cooked. The Home Manager is highly experienced and cares for the residents as though they were family members. This is a first class care home. Kelly and her staff looked after my Mum for several years. She was always treated with the greatest care, respect and decency. I would not hesitate to recommend this home.
The staff are all kind and caring . There is a friendly atmosphere and a good welcome when you walk in. My Mum was very happy there. I would recommend Locharwoods to anyone looking for a quiet life but with opportunities to spend time with the other residents.
