We took the cruise as part of a full day excursion with Loch Ness supposedly being the highlight. The cruise was a boat trip to the castle to pick up passengers and back. Maybe call it what it is a boat trip. Had a very rude agitated member of staff who thought it appropriate to shout at the paying guests when on boarding more people. Two of the three toilets failed and yet again this member of staff had a shouting meltdown.
