Very poor service. Have not received rent from past 3 months! Only communication is when I chase. Really unhappy!
Awful letting agent, we have been with them for 6 or 7 years and for the whole time have had problems with getting the money out of them. Now they owe us several thousand pounds in rent they have collected form the tenant and not passed on. The staff are often rude, don't acknowledge that the company owes us money and as we have now discovered have been telling lies. If it was possible to give minus stars I would. Extremely happy with Location- could not recommend enough
Still waiting for a deposit to be refunded since september 2017, and an outstanding rent payment. I have also now had to pay money to a tenant who has just left my tenancy to cover the deposit he paid to location! Location never logged the deposit he paid with a rent deposit scheme and have refused to return this. I have made contact with location and the manager and director via phone and email countless times and getting no response.
