We highly recommend Local Carpets. When speaking on the phone to them, they were great to deal with and talk to. Answering questions and arranging our estimate. No forced sales tactics and very accomodating. They came out and did an estimate for our flat, Rahman was friendly, helpful and very knowledgable. Rahman and his team were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable in helping us choose the right carpet. They provided clear advice on durability, maintenance, and value — unlike a previous salesperson (differnt company) who told us it was all just personal preference. We’re so glad we went with this team, who explained why a thick carpet wasn’t ideal and offered better long-term options. The installation was quick and seamless, finished in just half a day. The staff and especially Rahman, were fantastic—helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable—and the delivery to the shop was incredibly fast.
