Three separate fitting times given, none of which were kept. I gave more than ample opportunities for them to fit my carpet. I was also lied to several times by the guy in the shop. Lies were to my face and over the phone. First lie was my carpet had been picked up by the fitter on Xmas eve, but he couldn't get hold of guy in shop re fitting. 2nd lie - guy in shop thought carpet had been fitted.
