Called this guy late in the evening with an issue with our toilet not stopping flushing, he quickly identified that we lived too far away for it be worth his while, but stayed on the phone and answered my questions and gave me advice as to how to fix it, all the while knowing it wouldn't be a sell. I commend this gentlemen for being so helpful and clearly knowledgeable about his trade. If I lived closer he would be the first guy I'd go to. 10/10 honest bloke.
