After rugby matches my traps and back are always so tight. I went for a massage and cupping from Lucy after the weekends match and I honestly haven’t felt my traps as loose as they do now! I couldn’t recommend Lucy enough for recovery and any niggles as she has helped me with both so much!!
I see Lucy for monthly maintenance massages to support with recovery in CrossFit. I really struggle with tightness in my back and shoulders and Lucy is one of the only practitioners I've found who can use enough deep pressure to improve this. Lucy is really friendly and always makes you feel welcomed and listened to with any injuries or niggles and offers practical advice. I would highly recommend Lucy to anyone who is active and looking for some support with recovery.
