Terrible experience
Ignorant and mean staff. I called for a room, she basically told me that HMO's are for young people as people over 35 live by themselves. I moved to Devon from Sussex on a temp contract, I cannot rent a flat and furnish it just for 12 months. So ignorant and arrogant young lady ...I cannot believe they do not at least train them what to say (Because obviously it is hard to teach them morals and intelligence) No complaints procedure on website and God knows where my email will go and to who...
As a landlord I have found Lloyds Letting very good to deal with, always one of the team available. They keep me updated with tenant issues. They help arrange maintenance and they have provided support with a major refurbishment project. Happy to recommend.
Really poor. As a landlord, I placed a property with Lloyds Lettings. They failed to pay on time, failed to take a deposit for the tenant and the property was returned with serious damage to it due to their negligence which caused myself huge losses. I had to renovate the whole property throughout. They then buried their head in the sand and failed to accept any responsibility for their poor or lack of actions. I cannot recommend them at all based on this experience.
Helped us get a property quickly and hassle free and helps us even after that to resolve any issue in the property quickly to make our living easy. Always available and easy to communicate with.
