Good service but not happy it will close. What about the pld people? Customers are obviously not important to Lloyds only cost cutting.
I've been with this branch for 44 years, went in to open account for my son straight from school, because on line told me branch would do it, got there for 3.15 told the only person that could do it was the manager and he was on a call. So we waited 3.30 came and the snotty cashier told us we got to leave the branch i explained we physically can't get there any earlier due to school hours she couldn't get a fig basically told me to go to walsall which is NOT my local branch why are you closing at 3.30pm not very worker frien... read more

I have been banking here for years, so do my parents .i find the staff helpful and knowledgeable, friendly and polite. Whatever banking needs we have they seem to know more than me, so thats a bonus, im just about mastering the online banking, my parents don't do online anything. So it always helps to be able to pop to the local bank for extra help when needed.
Cannot understand why the Aldridge branch is still closed due to Covid. It has been closed for about 2 months, this is about the 3 rd time now it has been closed, for the same reason, how long is it taking them to get over Covid for goodness sake!
