Not sure if they just cannot find staff or if it’s lack of resources to but EVERY SINGLE time I come in to this particular branch there is always only ONE cashier behind the desk with the waiting times being crazy as they never have the staff to be able to deal with the customer demand at the cashier - it’s HORRIBLE and needs to be fixed like how is there always one literally 1 person to deal with sometimes large transactions which means the wait time in the Que can be unnecessary long… DO BETTER

Yes the baxtercourt is good with servic. Had mentioned that the rotchester in stoke newington does need more staff pluse a good manager . Will need for Tim Martin to look at said pub. For further reference.
Awful customer service. Rude and unprofessional staff. The two staff working the desks on the first floor on Saturday 5th October 2024 between 1100 and 1200 should be getting a disciplinary! Lazy and incompetent!
