seriously understaffed
Staffs are very good. I highly recommend this bank. Thank you for your help and politeness.
Long queues, understaffed. Avoid at all costs.
The cashiers were playing the phones and very rude to customers - they asked the customer to do it online or sit to do it themselves. This kind of stuff shouldn’t even be hired at the first place.
