I've banked on line with them for years, no problem, no complaints, however some of the staff at Merthyr branch can get a little bit irritable and impatient if you do not understand the answer to a question I have asked on the first pass. I mean if I understood something I would not be asking one of the clerk's in the first place, now would I?
Lloyd's in merthyr Tydfil Town centre the staff are very helpful and friendly
Took £10 out of their cash machine. Needed two five pound notes went inside to be told that it's an impossibility unles I got a account with them ??????? Zero common sense. Absolute jobsworth.
