If there’s a minus number I can choose to describe my experience today, I would not hesitate to go for it. The male staff was extremely impatient, rude and disrespectful, when they were not even busy! Funny enough Lloyds put a sign saying ‘please respect our staff, they’re here to help you’ on the counter, while not teaching the staff how to behave, talk and respect their customers properly. Disgraceful.
