Lovely staff very helpful
Had to visit Lloyds Bank in order for our uncle to open an account, at 92 it is challenging for him to do on his own. The service that we received from Jodie and Deb was exceptionally polite, friendly and professional. It puts my bank nationwide to shame. Whilst waiting for my wife to assist in opening the account I sat on a sofa and casually observed the team working.
