Long queues, staff not supporting people on the deposit machine causing more people to wait and the staff member greeting the queue was abrupt and rude.

Long waits to see cashier and when I get to see asian one she has an attitude and no manners to deal with customers worst experience iv had in years on a positive side had to go back same day and was delt with the English cashier she was good
Worst customer services experience the branch manager mr raja khan dont know how to speak with customers. I would strongly advise to send him on customer services course
