wanted to enjoy the customer service but they kept trying to push me to the machines, i like human interaction it’s always been in our dna not to isolate and interact but to much self service and quite frankly was forcing their best on me to use it wouldn’t take no for answer, only happened once so far but i was tempted to close my accounts and go where im not pressured to use something im not comfortable using
I’ve always found that the employees are very friendly and will sort out any queries. Always with a smile.
